| My home is the tiny village of Poolewe, in the Highlands of Scotland. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

Looking down from the hills to Poolewe, with the River Ewe flowing to the sheltered sea loch (Loch Ewe). The wooded peninsula is the site of Inverewe Garden, which boasts of many sub-tropical plants benefitting from the warm North Atlantic Drift ( a continuation of the Gulf Stream). |
